Abby
Client Care Specialist

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at Covepets, she’s at home with her two cats—one of whom she adopted right here at work. In her free time, she enjoys painting and gaming, and she’s always happy to help make every visit paws-itively amazing! Even here at Covepets, she says GO DAWGS!

Cassie
Client Care Specialist
Cassie is a Huntsville, AL native and a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She joined the Covepets and HCAH team in summer 2025. She began her career in cybersecurity but has since moved on to her passion — caring for our furry friends! Whether she's at Covepets or the animal hospital, she is committed to keeping pets happy, healthy, and well cared for. At home, she’s a busy mom, devoted wife, and proud pet parent to two cats and three dogs — so the animal fun never really stops! When she’s not caring for her family (two- and four-legged alike), she enjoys getting lost in a good book or hitting the trails for a peaceful hike.
