Pet Tails: How Bunny Found Her Forever Home

How a tiny puppy found warmth, healing, and a forever home. On a freezing winter day, a frightened 8-week-old Terrier mix was discovered hiding under a porch, trying to survive the bitter cold. She was suffering from dermatitis, fleas, intestinal parasites, and a painful ear infection.

Our Groomer and Licensed Veterinary Technician, Aimee, found the little puppy and brought her to Hampton Cove Animal Hospital so our team could help.

We named her Bunny.



Veterinary Care

Dr. Taylor and our medical team treated Bunny’s ear infection, dermatitis, fleas, and intestinal parasites—giving her the relief and care she desperately needed.








Foster Care

Our Patient Care Specialist Emma opened her home to Bunny for a short time, helping her learn that people can be kind and that life could be safe again.










Grooming Care

Our Groomer Brittany gave Bunny a fresh groom that helped her feel comfortable, clean, and confident as she continued to recover.







A Forever Home

One of our Client Care Specialists, Sydney, had already fallen in love with Bunny and decided to give her a forever family. Today Bunny receives regular preventive care and is thriving in her new home.
